Arrest made in deadly Panama Lane shooting

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed a man in South Bakersfield earlier this month.

Christian Campos is being held without bail following his arrest Saturday on suspicion of murder in the death of 24-year-old Daniel Macias, police said. 

Macias was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds while sitting in a vehicle in the 1600 block of Panama Lane on April 13. The investigation is ongoing.
