Two separate hearings in Kern and Los Angeles counties could finally determine who holds the rights to Charles Manson’s body and estate.
A Kern County judge will hear arguments Wednesday for possession of convicted murderer Charles Manson’s body.
Manson died in November at a Bakersfield hospital after spending much of his life in prison for several murders. Manson’s body has been sitting in the Kern County Coroner’s morgue since then.
In Los Angeles on Friday, a judge is scheduled to hear arguments for possession of Manson’s estate.
Manson’s alleged son, grandson and a pen pal all claim to have a will and are arguing for the rights to the Manson estate.
