The U.S. Marshals are asking for help to locate a man on parole for indecent exposure.
Marshals are looking for Christian Baker, 30. He has a history that includes battery, resisting arrest and theft and has ties to Bakersfield and Wofford Heights.
Baker is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 190 pounds and has tattoos on his arms chest and hands.
