The U.S. Marshals are asking for help to get a man on parole for indecent exposure off the streets.
Marshals are looking for Tramont Harris, 46. Harris has a criminal record that includes terrorist threats and assault with a deadly weapon.
Harris is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has ties to Bakersfield.
