Ever wondered what the official baseball for the Cactus League looks like up close?

The ball in the video above is Major League Baseball-issued. It’s got the signature of the MLB Commissioner, Rob Manfred.

There’s a little bit of smudging, which might have something to do with the fact that this baseball has been hit.

The ball was found outside Scottsdale Stadium on the morning of Wednesday, March 6th, during San Francisco Giants batting practice.

We’re not sure which Giant hit this baseball, but it went out of the stadium in foul territory.

These baseballs have the logo of the Cactus League, a cactus with a home plate surrounding it.
