BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Northwest Bakersfield grocery store is back open a day after one worker tested positive for COVID-19.

Save Mart at 9600 Hageman Road closed Wednesday after it found out about the employee’s diagnosis.

The company says it closed out of an abundance of caution to disinfect and clean the store.

It opened for regular hours Thursday morning.
