City of Bakersfield says pools and spray parks will remain closed until Phase 3


BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Despite the heat wave, the state won’t allow public pools and spray parks to open just yet. The City of Bakersfield confirmed that community pools and parks are closed until the state moves into Phase 3.

Spokeman Joe Conroy said community pools, spray parks and other amenities at park won’t return until the state proceeds with Phase 3 of the reopening plan.
