SACRAMENTO, California (KSEE/KGPE) — The California Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly and Government Operations Secretary Yolanda Richardson will host a video conference to provide an update on COVID-19 in California.

The news conference is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon.
