Jose Sigala currently serves as a member of Tulare’s city council representing District 1. He is running to be a member of California’s new 33rd Assembly district.
He represents the Democratic party.
Sigala was originally elected to the Tulare City Council in 2016, according to the city council website.
Sigala is running against incumbent Devon Mathis (R).
