Devon Mathis is the incumbent member of the State Assembly from California’s 26th Assembly district and is running for reelection for the new 33rd Assembly district.
He was originally elected in 2014 and represents the Republican Party.
He previously served in the U.S. Army National Guard.
Mathis, 39, was born in Porterville, Calif., and graduated from Porterville College and CSU Fresno.
Mathis is running against Jose Sigala (D).
