BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Meet this week’s Pet of the Week, Guv’nah!
Guv’nah is a chihuahua mix who is about 6 and a half years old years, according to Kristen White with the Bakersfield SPCA.
White says he has the “sweetest little personality,” and he will sit down and have tea with you.
