Jersey Mike’s Subs donates money to Honor Flight Kern County, Wounded Heroes Fund

Jersey Mike’s Subs presented Honor Flight Kern County and The Wounded Heroes Fund with a check for more than $35,000.

The check will be split between the two organizations.  Honor Flight says their half will be spent sending veterans to our nation’s capital to see the memorials built in their honor.

As always, 17 News is honored to serve and chat with our local veterans every month for the Honor Flight Breakfast. It’s a small way to say thank you for everything they have done.
