COOL & BREEZY FRIDAY

A Wind Advisory is in effect until 4AM Saturday for the Kern Mountains and Deserts. A High Wind Watch is in effect for areas through and below the passes and canyons from 11am-11pm today. Winds will increase as a Pacific storm approaches the region. The strongest winds will be from late Friday morning through Friday night. Meanwhile, temperatures will be much cooler Friday as an upper level low pressure system drops through the west coast. Highs will struggle in the upper 60's in the Valley, and lower 50's in the Mountains. The weekend will start to warm up with temps near 82 degrees on Sunday and 86 on Monday. LIKE KGET on Facebook!
