Eden Prairie, MN (Sports Network) - Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder was limited in Wednesday's practice with a sore right elbow as the team prepares for Saturday's NFC Wild Card playoff game against the Green Bay Packers.

Coach Leslie Frazier isn't concerned about the injury preventing Ponder from playing on Saturday.

Also limited on Wednesday were defensive end Brian Robison (shoulder) and safety Harrison Smith (knee).

Cornerback Antoine Winfield was held out of Wednesday's session. He broke his hand two weeks ago against the Houston Texans, but finished the game. The Ohio State product limited action last week against the Packers.

The Vikings held running back Adrian Peterson (abdomen) out of practice to rest him.

In addition, linebacker Tyrone McKenzie (shoulder) didn't practice.
