Bears lineman arrested on drug charges

Lake Forest, IL (Sports Network) - Chicago Bears offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb was arrested for possession of marijuana.

According to KFVS-TV, Webb was arrested by a Pulaski County deputy on Sunday night. He paid $500 of a $5,000 bond and was released on Monday. He is set to appear in court in March.

"We are aware of the recent arrest of J'Marcus Webb in Pulaski County, Illinois," the team said in a statement on Wednesday. "We are currently gathering information to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the arrest."

Webb, a seventh-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, played at left tackle the past two seasons, starting in all 32 games.
