<p>A judge has appointed Nahla, the daughter of Halle Berry, her own legal representative to act in the child's best interests as the actress battles her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over custody. </p><p>The Oscar winner has been locked in a bitter battle with model Aubry over the care of three-year-old Nahla since they split in 2010 and the former couple returned to a Los Angeles court on Friday.</p><p>According to TMZ.com, Aubry was ordered to appear in Dependency Court after officials at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services expressed concerns about his ability to safely care for Nahla following an investigation into claims of child endangerment.</p><p>The move came just weeks after Berry sought to ban Aubry from contacting Nahla after former nanny Alliance Kamdem accused the model of shoving her while she was holding the child.</p><p>During Friday's hearing, a judge assigned Nahla her own legal counsel. <p>British comedian Russell Brand was forced to stop a stand-up gig in Hollywood after suffering a severe headache. </p><p>The <span style="font-style: italic">Forgetting Sarah Marshall</span> star was performing a low-key show at the ComedySportz Theater when he started to feel sick halfway through.</p><p>After requesting some painkillers, Brand powered through and overcame nausea to complete the 90-minute set - but he was upset at himself for the disruption, according to <span style="font-style: italic">Britain's Daily Mirror</span>.</p><p>He told the audience, &quot;I have a terrible pain. I need painkillers. Sorry about this. I feel nauseous now. I feel sick.</p><p>&quot;I'm worried this might be the early stages of a migraine. I get this light disruption thing. I think I'm such a professional showman this is beyond ridiculous stopping to take medication.&quot;</p><p>During the show, Brand, who is in the midst of a divorce from wife Katy Perry, also admitted he'd recently become &quot;disenchanted&quot; with fame.</p><p>He said: &quot;I'm disenchanted and disillusioned with fame. Action in the show has now reached the Swinging Sixties. <p>The coroner who appointed his unqualified wife to preside over late singer Amy Winehouse's autopsy has been suspended from his job pending an investigation.</p><p>Dr. Andrew Scott Reid's partner Suzanne Greenaway recorded a verdict of death by misadventure, stating the <span style="font-style: italic">Rehab</span> hitmaker died as an &quot;unintended consequence&quot; of drinking too much alcohol when she passed away last July.</p><p>However, it was revealed earlier this month that Greenaway had resigned from her job within weeks of handing down the Winehouse verdict as questions about her qualifications came to light.</p><p>Greenaway was found to have been in breach of the strict guidelines regarding the appointment of coroners as she had only been a solicitor in the Law Society for two-and-a-half years, instead of the usual five, while she had only qualified as a nurse in her native Australia.</p><p>Now a Ministry of Justice investigation has been launched to look into how she was appointed to the job in the first place.</p><p>Reid could face disciplinary action or even lose his job altogether when the probe is complete, reports <span style="font-style: italic">Britain's The Sun</span>.</p><p>A representative from the Judicial Complaints Office states, &quot;Dr. Reid has been suspended pending an investigation. <p>Tameka Raymond&nbsp;is asking a judge to order the singer to pay her legal costs in their ongoing custody dispute. </p><p>The R&amp;B star's former partner filed paperwork in December demanding full custody of their sons Usher Raymond V, four, and three-year-old Naviyd, and an increase in her child support payments.</p><p>The stylist accused Usher of failing in his parental duties, but he responded by lodging his own legal papers asking a judge to deny Raymond's request because the allegations are false.</p><p>But now his ex is stepping up her fight for more cash, filing more documents at Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia asking for Usher to hand over $15,000 to cover her attorney's fees, as well as an extra $35,000 for other costs.</p><p>According to TMZ.com, she claims she is entitled to the money because the substantial difference in their incomes puts her at a disadvantage while she's trying to build her case against the star.</p>&nbsp;<font size="1" face="Arial, sans-serif"> <i>Copyright WENN.com</i></font></div>

Not that they feel like they should want it, but because they genuinely want it. And then being able to create jobs and support entrepreneurialism. <p>Stevie Wonder and Ne-Yo have helped Will.i.am raise $5 million for needy students by headlining a benefit concert in Los Angeles.</p><p>The <span style="font-style: italic">I Gotta Feeling</span> hitmaker hosted the first annual celebration of his i.am.angel Foundation at the Hollywood Palladium on Thursday and dozens of stars turned up to show their support, including LeAnn Rimes and her actor husband Eddie Cibrian.</p><p>Addressing the crowd at the benefit, will.i.am revealed he was inspired to launch the organization after watching 2010 documentary Waiting for Superman, about underprivileged school systems in the U.S.</p><p>He said, &quot;They might as well call that movie 'Waiting for William.' That's the reason why I'm doing what I am doing because that movie hits straight to heart because my mom went to one of those schools. Superman is not coming to save no neighborhood or no education system (sic).&quot;</p><p>will.i.am then took to the stage with a Fergie-less Black Eyed Peas, while singers Wonder and Ne-Yo, and rappers Flo Rida and K'Naan also performed.</p><p>In total, the event, dubbed the Trans4mation Experience, raised $5 million for the singer's charity - far surpassing will.i.am's goal of $1 million, according to the Associated Press.</p>&nbsp;<font size="1" face="Arial, sans-serif"> <i>Copyright WENN.com</i></font></div>
