AZUSA, Calif. (AP) — The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says a suspect has been wounded in a deputy-involved shooting near Azusa.
Deputy Byron Ward says the shooting occurred Thursday night at the end of a short vehicle pursuit on Orkney Street.
Ward says one suspect was hit. The person's condition is not known.
Officials say no deputies were hurt.
