CHP is a well respected department. Sadly, there are always the few that are disgusting pigs and they slip through the elimination process. I feel for this victim and encourage her to do the right thing. If she was raped, or initiated it, the officer was in uniform and had NO RIGHT to be doing that what so ever. I encourage her to not fall if all her claims are legitimate. I can absolutely see a sleaze ball carrying around condoms--especially if he makes this a habit. You'd be SURPRISED how many uniformed officers are willing to take that big of a risk. Especially after the selection process and academy like the highway patrol. It's because their scum, and trust me, their partners don't want them on duty either--they are the scumbags that won't be there when their partner needs them the most. They won't lay down their life. They only take lives. It just makes the whole department look terrible. I encourage you to stay strong and deal with what's happened. Don't be a victim, be a survivor. Prayers you didn't contract an STD. No one understands what a rape crime is really about until it happens to you--especially when it involves police. And the field sobriety tests are not pass or fail tests, it's different.

Something is not right to this story. If they indeed did find one of the officers DNA in a used condom ,I find it hard to believe he just carries around condoms with him on duty and leaves them at the scene. Anyways they should have not been at the house with them girls while on duty. Who knows he could have returned later after work per the girls request. Hard to say there is one in every bunch...his screw either way. That's what happens when you hook up with party girls officers.

This could have happened but this story sounds a little off, why didn't one of the officers drive the car or did they? Did this women make them an offer to get out of the ticket? If she did and the officers took it then they all should be in court and the officers should lose their jobs!
