Police say they were shot multiple times in the torso, and have both died as a result of their injuries.
Officers were dispatched to the Day and Night Market on Chester Avenue near 4th Street when police found the two victims.
They say no one saw the shooting, but many witnesses heard the shots.
Police are still searching for suspects. and don't know if the shooting is gang related.
