and if you ever had a family member hurt by one of those stray bullets that people think are fun to shoot in the air, you would be happy that the police officers shot someone who was breaking the law by owning the gun in the first place, and then breaking the law again by shooting it into the air. Why did he run.....because he was doing something wrong. Why would he not put the gun down.....because he was doing something wrong. I feel bad for his wife/girlfriend and children, however maybe he won't teach his children that violent behavior, does not have to be a way of life.
