Two McFarland police officers 'justified' in shooting of suspect

The Kern County District Attorney's office has finished its investigation into an officer-involved shooting this summer.

The D.A. announced McFarland police officer Alberto Carillo and Sgt. Michael Weber were within department policy when they shot Randy Ferreira.
 
Ferreira was shot in the arms during his arrest on July 23rd. He has since recovered.
 
Ferreira was sentenced to four years in prison for assault with a deadly weapon and other charges.

murph, the police are not taught to shoot to kill. They shoot to stop the person. Sometimes death is a result.

The only part that is wrong with all of this is the scub bag is living off the tax payer in prison, next time shoot to kill!
