I agree with Steven, who is going to comfort this young man who was bullied for who knows how long. The parents of the bully need to be held responsible for not teaching their kid to treat others how he would like to be treated. This is just a clear case of one not be confident in himself and having to take it out on others so he could feel better. The school staff is to blame as well. If they knew the bullied teen had a hit list they more than likely knew why. The fact that nothing was done about the bullying was because the bully was probably part of the sports program there at Taft. An incident like this is why pro athletes think they can get away with just about anything.

it was the bullied kid who needs the comfort I simply think everyones attention is in the wrong place here while everyone is thinking of the children at the school the victim of bullying is in a jail cell.

Has anyone stopped to thank that if adults would stop reminding children continually about a tragedy they might be able to get over it. Kids were killed when I was in school but the teachers didn't remind us daily about it we just accepted it as part of life. How is a child suppose to heal when it appears that school officials and the media seem to take great pride in making sure they relive the experience daily by reminding them of what happened.
