Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will make an announcement this morning that the Transportation Security Administration will expand pre-screening security to additional airports.
The TSA's risk-based, pre-screening security concept targets suspicious individuals. it also allows some passengers to volunteer for pre-screening so they can potentially move through security more quickly.
it is currently in use at seven airports.
