paranah like you said early release for non violent offenders etc.. so technically he fit within that category and though the actions caused the death of someone most likely he did not go with that intention of killing that person. as for ginny it is easier for youy to move to an all white no welfare issueing state good luck on your new state

Want a laugh, look at almost any shootingor murder in this town over the past 2 to 3 years & look at the perps record. ALmost everytime the perp has previous FELONY charges "dismissed for the furtherment of justice"!!!! Happens all he time in Kern County, if half of these offenders served half their time we would greatly reduce the violence on our streets.

As long as this state continues to be controlled by a one party government, law abiding residents will continue to be walked on and the only ones who will continue to be protected or benefit are the criminals, illegals and those who are muti-generational welfare families. Until we, the taxpayers stand up and say NO MORE, nothing will improve, it will go further and further into the drain.

If Patterson was still locked up Mrs Ramos might still be alive. But thanks to Sacramento's non-violent, non-serious offenders early release program she's now dead. How many more citizens will be killed thanks to the early release of the suposedly non-violent, non-serious offenders?
