Let's not forget this is a county hospital, they keep talking like it's a private Medical Center!

Six million now, next month another six million. And it's supposed to be loans? KMC, a loan is when you borrow money and repay it, you're not intending on repaying it. You're waiting for Obama Care in 2014 to solve all your problems? What happened to the $10 million you're getting to train doctors from the off shore medical school? The county is pushing for county employees to use KMC facilities, that's paid with insurance monies. Maybe KMC should learn to stabilize and ship the illegals to the nearest border crossing and let their home country supply their medical needs.
