State Air Resources Board passes pollution plan, environmentalists voice opposition

A plan for cleaner air. That's what the State Air Resources Board passed Thursday at their meeting in Bakersfield. But, there was a lot of opposition, not just from those against regulations, but from some environmentalists.

Kern County never had quality clean air, cause it's mostly sand and dust anyway blowing around that gets into everything.
