An investigation continues into a shooting that injured a local teenage mother and her 3-year-old daughter.
The girl and her 19-year-old mother showed up to Kern Medical Center Saturday night. Police say the teenager had just minor injuries, and her 3-year-old daughter was grazed by a bullet.
The teen told officers the shooting happened around 7 o'clock Saturday night near 36th and M streets but police did not locate any crime scene or witnesses.
No word on if any arrests have been made.
