Some of you might know about In-N-Out Burger and their secret menu.
You may even know Jamba Juice has one as well.
But secret menus also exist at some of Bakersfield's finest eateries.
17 News visited four restaurants.
We went to the Lie-N-Den, Narducci's, Sushi Kato, and Mama Tosca's.
Each restaurant has a secret menu.
Lie-N-Den serves tacos and nachos, but only after 4pm.
Narducci's has an extensive secret menu, that includes garlic fries, a Parisian salad, breakfast all the way through lunch, and an abundance of other items.
Sushi Kato will allow you to customize any sushi roll that you desire.
The "Bear Mountain" roll was created by a local fireman, according to the owner.
Mama Tosca's has a litany of Italian dishes that owner Luigi Rienzo is willing to serve.
Most of those dishes are requested by those who really know their Italian food.
The patrons of each restaurant feel comfortable asking for almost anything.
They know they are treated like family.
"It's just one of a kind. They're hard to beat, the service is great here," says Manuel Chacon, who goes to Lie-N-Den.
"It's just like a special bar," says Nick Hansa of Sushi Kato. "When you go in, the bartender knows your exact drink. It's just something special that makes it unique."
