Ok so apparently the ankle monitors aren't working. Maybe is because they are a pull tie band you can by at Home Depot Or Lowes for like 4 bucks. Lets take a lessons from our "Great" Animal Control. MICROCHIP. Everytime a prisoner is let "Free" they should go down to the Police Station/Parol Board and have a "MICROCHIP" inserted into the back of their neck. "Hit by now they are used to getting poked with objects from behind right. And then the county/state can charge us the taxes payers another stupid amount of money. But hell I would pay it only because at least the felon isn't going to be stupid enough to take it out because then he will probably kill himself.

Ankle bracelets have never been considered a deterrent by anyone except politicians looking for cheap votes. Sex offenders have the second lowest recidivism rate (less than 6%) next to murderers (less than 1% any degree). You should be putting ankle monitors on car thieves as their recidivism rate approaches 80%. As far as Paranah goes, there is a kernel of an idea there. I hate speeders. They kill. Maybe we should put a small shaped charge aimed at your butt when you exceed the speed limit. Yeat!

The ankle bracelets are no real deterent. They should be wearing a necklace that's non-removable. When tampered with, a small charge is detonated aimed at the throat. No more releasing bulletins the criminal is at large and posing a threat to society.

Insert a micro chip into their brain, then let's see these scumbags dig that out!For now the ones that they let out with the ankle monitor that cut them off should be under a shoot to kill rule, no need to return them so that the tax payer have to pay for their suite at the end with room service that they call prison!
