Why should we have to pay for a new meter? I told them I didn't want the smart meter & they put it on anyway. Wasn't my old meter my property? They took it without my premisson. We can't aford thier op out. People on limited incomes can't. PGE does as they please.

Although LA County isn't serviced by PG&E it is interesting that customers there are being charged $60.00 to opt out and then $10.00 a month for the old meters, by their providers. Leave it to PGE to continue to shaft their customers and the PUC to allow all of them to get away with it.
