Proposed school funding changes could help Kern County districts

The way public schools are funded in California may soon change. The governor is proposing a new formula to award more money to schools with low-income and non-English speaking students.

The deportation will never work they will be back before the bus gets back into town! Here's an ideal we could send the Mexican President a bill for ever illegal in the school system! If he doesn't pay each month then we wouldn't have the need for the extra funding when we send all these kids home! Just think we could close some of the schools in this county!

Got an IDEA, take the money MAKE THE PARENTS SPEAK ENGLISH!! If not use the money for DEPORTATION SERVICES!!

most non english are kids of illegals. Senmd them thier parents back to where they came from & schools would have plenty of money,also welfare would go down

Figures, take the money from the upper class schools and give it all to the poor and the spanish speaking schools!Looks like the working class Americans are no longer welcomed here, it's time we take our money and leave!
