The sad part is the clerk didn't blow them away, maybe if there's a next time the clerk will not miss!

This goes for all humans.....in the HEAT of the moment we as humans do LOTS of stuff we would not do if we were calm. When your getting robbed by armed hooded gunman, with bashing glass,shots being fired, yelling and screaming,expensive inventory going out the door,a couple of rounds may be spent in the suspects escape route.

Yes he had the right. He was trying to protect store, employes & customer& himself! shame he didn't hit them all, just happy they didn't shoot anyone!
