An Oildale man, accused of murdering his ex-wife and mother-in-law made his first court appearance on the murder charges Tuesday. Robert Fuller did not enter a plea and his hearing was postponed.

Fuller is charged with two counts of murder.  Sheriff's deputies say Fuller broke into the home of Suzan Annette Sowders-Fuller, then shot and killed her and her mother, Sharon Cannon.

Detectives say the shooting happened in front of their two young children.   Sheriff's deputies say they had been called to the victim's home seven times in the past two weeks, after Fuller's husband violated his restraining order.

Shame on Kern County and our court system, If Bob would have appear before the court before the court sets bail and to require the court to consider certain factors before setting bail, like Bob's history of domestic violence or a history of other violent acts, and his mental health, history of him violating the order, or was he a threat to Annette and the children or others, did Bob have access to deadly weapons or a history of using deadly weapons, or a history of abusing alcohol or a history of abusing alcohol or any controlled substance;any controlled substance; If the court would have check or looked into Bob history, Annette and her mother would still be here today. Bob should have stayed in jail, and never posted bail, history of abusing alcohol or any controlled substance? If the system had followed some type of guide line or just ask these questions before a bail amount of even thinking about any of my questions, she and many other victims would still be here today, and my friend would still be alive, Annette was a good, person in every way. I was truly blessed to her and her mother in mine and my girls life
