The real trouble is, 42 million is double the real cost. But favoring a Union bidder, suddenly the State came up with money it didn't have prior to Prop 30. Bye the way, 500 beds cost less than 20 million anywhere else, Cal State San Marcos, Cal State Fresno are two perfect examples...Go look at them they are already up and occupied as well as brand new....

i guess its a good thing gov. moonbeam got all the college kids to vote for his tax hikes so we can pay for these new dorms. and such a bargain at only 42 million! isnt it funny how a system that was going to go broke prior to november 2nd can now, only 28 days later, make this announcement?
