RVLady--If law enforcement agencies didn't give ANY information until all witnesses were interviewed, all measurements, calculations and computations were complete (accident reconstruction), toxicology reports were received from the coroner, and all reports were completed, we'd be hearing about this crash in about 3--6 months. Sometimes "all details" (sic) aren't gathered for weeks or months after an incident occurs. Oh, and I gave the first "Vote" to DR999's comment.

I said not be reported until they had all details! Just what did anyone learn from the report. DR999 you have no right to call names

rvlady, REALLY? Are you that stupid? The article says the name won't be released until the family is notified. Or do you think the family should learn about the death of a family member on the 17 News at 5? And the statement by the CHP says they have conflicting reports about the speed of the motorcycle. It may take a while for the investigators do determine a possible speed at impact, based on physical evidence. So the news should withhold the story until the possible speed is determined? Almost every comment you make is ridiculous.

Why report it until you have all right details? You reported 3 different speeds. You should wait until you had all infromation. also name.
