For you illegalalien you are ignorant you can not classify every mexican as a wet back you idiot. God is the one you need to ask for forgiveness and ask God to be with these families in this time of need. You sound like you belong to the KKK. And us mexicans are not the only ones costing the US millions.

I jusst think it's very sad to have to see innocent people to die and hurt in order for others to learn their lesson. For Munoz I think his lesson came at a very costly expense on others. He will live for the rest of his life with the guilt, if he remembers and when he remembers, but I feel the childs life should have suffered for they were just starting to learn about life and this guy had already ruined his way before this incident. My heart and prayers go to both families.

This is so sad. I was on the same street same day just mintues after the accident had happened. Just to knwo those kids had to lose there life, because of some drunk. He will live with the pain but he needs to suffer. I thoughts go out to the familys of those who where lost and hurt.

Pedro Munoz was a single father. The woman that was in that car was a girlfriend and her daughter. Mr. Munoz had his son Edward, for the day, due to his visitaiton rights. Now he will live with the guilt for the rest of his life knowing that he killed his son. He will never get to see his son for the last time as he left him. It is always the case that, the drunk drivers never get hurt, it's always the victims. To let Mr.Munoz die is to let him go easy. Giving him the death penalty on all three counts of v.manslaughter and giving him an automatic 2 appeals for very death penalty that cost the state a mill for eacy appeal...now thats a waste. Edwards mother said good by to her only son and child, not knowing she will not see him again and guess what? She will have to suffer with this pain for the rest of her life. See, death is easy. Living is the hard part, especially when carring this kind of weight. I am willing to see my tax dollars go, to see justice. My causin is catatonic for losing her son in this terrible accident on Sunday. No One Stands a chance with drunk drivers. My thoughts and heart goes out to the family of the other victims who also suffer and are awaiting justice to be surved.

This loser is a carbon copy of what fills our courtrooms on a daily basis. If he actually happened to kill himself along with his whole family that would have been ok with me. If his wife is too dumb to refuse to let her and her kids get in the car with a drunk at the wheel than she is at as much fault as he is. With loser parents like that the kids didn't stand a chance at a productive life, poor things. When will we get society to stop mixing booze and keys?

This guy lives, his family dies, others are injured, and now we the tax payers have to support this jerk through court, delays, appeals, what a crock! This guy needs to be taken care of today and not in some appeals court 20 - 30 years from now saying his death penalty is upheld!
