The mother of a 2-year-old girl shot and killed by a stray bullet is begging for help to find the people responsible. Katie Wimbley made her plea as community members gathered outside her home for a candlelight vigil in the toddler's memory.

My thoughts and prayers go out to this family. Another child gone before her life barly had a chance to start. But, most people, who know, will never come forward out of fear of retaliation, which is pathetic.
