Massive Tejon development clears legal hurdle
The huge Tejon Ranch development proposed for 26,000 acres near the Grapevine can go forward, an appeals court has ruled. Several environmental groups sued Kern County to stop the project, claiming the environmental impact report was inadequate. The appeals court upheld the EIR and ordered the environmental groups to pay the legal fees of the county.
