A man charged with killing a man in what prosecutors say was drunken crash on Planz Road has pleaded not guilty.
Police say Jose Orozco drove away after striking and killing Harbhajan Dhaliwal Saturday.
Neighbors say Dhaliwal was a member of the Sikh community, and on his way to worship.
Police say they found Orozco's car in a yard with a blue tarp covering the damaged windshield.
He's charged with gross vehicular manslaughter, felony DUI causing death and hit and run.
He is scheduled to be back in court in december.
Bail was set at $100,000.
