A Bakersfield man is dead following a drive-by shooting in south Bakersfield.
The shooting happened around 2:30 Saturday morning where Highway 58 intersects with South Real Road.
Bakersfield Police say when they arrived, they found two men suffering from gunshots. One man was sitting inside a car.
He was taken to Kern Medical Center where he died.
Police say the other victim suffered moderate injuries.
No names have been released.
