A local Army veteran has been killed in a car accident in Oklahoma.
Jennifer Gadberry-Williams, 31, is a graduate of Stockdale High School. For years, she served on the front lines as a combat medic but she left the Army to raise her daughter in Oklahoma.
Thursday, Gadberry's car was broadsided by a Jeep and she died at a hospital. According to Gadberry's friends, her husband, who is deployed overseas, is now on his way home.
Her daughter, Olivia, will turn one this month.
