@bakelectdude-- Haven did not have anything to do with those atrocities and has NOTHING to do with Jagels. Trust me. Sadly, Haven seems to be one of the few places in town that doesn't treat parents who need help like monsters. It is a sad day for our community.

Haven has actually been in business for over 30 years and it's not the state that pulled the funding, it was kern county network for children so I urge everyone to call kern county network for children to let them know that they are making a enormous mistake.

Haven has been a safe haven for families struggling and in need of tools, counseling and support. If we had funds to tie us over we could come back better than ever, stronger! My wish is that the community would rally together and make sure the doors don't close. It truly is an amazing place of love, transformation and support. www.havencounselingcenter.org to donate!

Good. I'm sure they were part and parcel to the witch hunt conducted by J.Edgar Jagels (aka closet case) in the 1980's.
