17 News has learned there will be a lawsuit hearing followed by a news conference in Los Angeles on Thursday with actress Cindy Lee Garcia of Bakersfield and her attorney.

In the movie, "Innocence of Muslims," Garcia says she was told by the producer, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, also known as Sam Bacile, that the film was about life n ancient Egypt.

But, the lawsuit claims her and other members of the film crew were tricked, not knowing its true theme which was mocking the prophet Muhammad.
