The one thing I did pick up on was that when Ryan brought in numbers, Biden tended to interrupt him more frequently. Ryan is one of the few in Washington who has studied the numbers across the board and atleast submitted 2 possible Federal Budgets with content. Whereas the Dems and Obama have not aubmitted a single comprehensive Federal Budget in 4 years. Obama did submit a 'budget', but every Dem voted against it. The Dems keep harping on Romney on not providing his detailed proposals for the economy and jobs, BUT is seems to me that Obama never one provided that same information when he was running the last time and still hasn't this time around. Both Romney and Ryan have clearly stated that the finite details are something they believe should be worked out in a bipartisan way. And Ryan has stated that the 2 budget proposals he has put on the table already are a starting point to be used to reach a bipartisan result. Not once has anyone in the Dem. party taken these same steps in the last 4 years.
