Kern County Firefighters are in Arizona Tuesday morning helping battle a growing wildfire there.

The Gladiator Fire, north of Phoenix, has already burned some 13,000 acres since Sunday morning.

More than a dozen Kern County Firefighters received the call for help Monday morning.

The fire began at a house. Officials say it has destroyed two buildings and one trailer so far. Also, about 300 homes are still in danger.
