Actor Tom Sizemore was back in a Kern County courtroom Monday after getting in trouble with the law again.

Monday a judge reinstated him on probation and he was also required to continue with a drug rehab program.

Sizemore was arrested last month in Los Angeles after police were called to investigate a report of domestic violence in Hollywood.

Officers questioned Sizemore and discovered he had an outstanding Kern County warrant for drug charges.

Sizemore's lawyer says he is still in an inpatient rehab program and is doing well.

In may 2007, Sizemore was arrested for possession of drugs at the Four Points Sheraton in Bakersfield.

"Sizemore's lawyer says he is still in an inpatient rehab program and is doing well." How can he be in inpatient rehab when he was in Bakersfield??? Lock his butt up like the DA would do to the rest of us if we got caught, just goes to show money will get you out of anything.
