Highway 46 expansion work coming to an end

Construction along "Blood Alley" or Highway 46 that connects the 99 to the beach is finally coming to an end. And this means the road will be ready in time for summer trips out to the coast.

Blood Alley is really Ticket Alley and always has been. The CHP's just got easier because the ticket quotas will go down significantly.

@ lance. There are no Federal dollars, only the taxes they steal from the States and then give back with lots of strings.
