A high-speed chase in east Bakersfield ended in dramatic fashion early Friday. officials say the CHP tried to pull over a vehicle which was reported stolen.
After eluding officers, the car crashed on Knotts Street, overturned and caught fire. Police arrested 18-year-old Daniel Sanchez and a 15-year-old at the scene.
