I'd be more then happy to help them, I'll print up few thousand copies of directions to Gov. Browns house and contribute to buying them a bus ticket to get up there. This was the Govs grand plan so let him live with and help reform them.

So, the $64,000 question is, "If Kern County is receiving a disproportionate number of released inmates due to Gov. Moonbeam's Prison Re-alignment Program, then why are we receiving less money per offender than other counties?" Sounds like it's time hard, loud, angry questions to the state capital.
