First, I'm a proud gun owner and supporter of our second amendment rights, and even still I dont know what Obama has to do with Hitler or suppressing Americans...It sounds more like political bitesounds from the far right!!! If you live in Califoria, then you already have to follow laws proposed by Obama because California adopted those restrictions a while back. In the other hand, i do believe that these restrictions only affect law abiding citizens and not the criminals or crazies!

First...Genghis Khan had thousands of followers...and the all had big swords/knives...! If the Country focused on the people that shoot others they might correct the problem. Thinking the gun is the problem is the easy way and the wrong way to go! Think for a moment....what if we were talking about knives being used and not guns would you still think the same way? The object causing the problem is the person that uses the object and not the object itself.

Genghis Khan conquered almost the entire continent of Asia without a single gun. Evil people have always existed and done evil deeds and always will.

Someone else in history did the same thing that Obama is trying to do here in this nation and his name was Hitler! First rule to take over a country is to disarm it's people!

I believe gun laws make no difference on brutal acts of senseless violence. We have plenty of laws to convict violent behavior. What we need is psychological intervention so That we may prevent violent behavior as a course of action by troubled individuals who resort at last measure To extreme violence. We have ignored the mentally ill for so long that to continue to do so puts us all in peril of some kind or another. I remember full mental institutions not thousands of highly troubled homeless with no hope of relief but death and violence.
